Farm Mate: an AI agent for agricultural operations
Ennoblir built Paddy, a custom AI agent for an agricultural business, handling enquiries, scheduling and customer communications.
The problem
Farm Mate ran on five disconnected SaaS tools, with the owner configuring operational rules by hand. Enquiries, scheduling and customer comms were spread across apps, costing the owner hours every week and leaving data scattered across systems that did not talk to each other.
What we built
Ennoblir built a complete farm operations platform with a conversational AI layer. Paddy, the AI agent, handles enquiries, scheduling and customer comms. The owner describes an operational rule in plain English and the platform turns it into working logic, instead of hard-coding it into the system.
Outcomes
The platform replaced five separate tools with one system. Paddy handles the front-line comms, the owner configures rules in plain English, and the team works from a single source of truth. The build followed a discovery-first process, with every core flow designed before production code.
- 1Five SaaS tools consolidated into one platform
- 2Paddy AI agent for enquiries, scheduling and comms
- 3Conversational AI config layer instead of hard-coded rules
- 4Discovery-first process with 42 screens designed before build
- 5Fortnightly sprint delivery with ongoing roadmap
This is what an AI agent looks like in practice: it does the work, not just the conversation, and the team runs it themselves.
